  • Valid until 15 days (from start of validity) at 02:00 (2 am)

  • For mobile app: Valid 2 minutes after purchase

  • Only valid within the administrative boundaries of Budapest

  • If the start of validity is a future date, it is valid from that date at 00:00 (midnight)

  • An ID is required for purchase (and potentially ticket inspection). Accepted IDs:

    • Personal photo ID

    • Passport

    • Driver's license card

    • Hungary residence permit

  • The normal pass can only be purchased by natural persons. See the business variant for businesses.

Pupils variant

Same rules for normal 15 day pass apply in addition to these points:

  • Price: HUF 2300

  • Requires ID. Accepted IDs vary for type of person.

  • Students without a Student ID card can instead use a certificate issues by the public education institution, following the rules of the Government Decree on Educational ID cards.

  • Accepted IDs for schoolchildren (those who attend full-time/evening courses in elementary/secondary school):

    • Hungarian student ID with a school year sticker

    • Hungarian student ID without a school year sticker, if the student is younger than 16 in the current school year.

  • Accepted IDs for people younger than 14:

    • Personal identity card

    • Passport

    • Student ID with date of birth

    • "Magyar igazolvány" (Hungarian identity card)

    • "Magyar hozzátartozĂłi igazolvány" (Hungarian family member card)
