All hyphae under the BKK hypha on this wiki is licensed under CC0-1.0 or public domain, at your choice.
All other hyphae outside of the BKK hypha e.g. User/Jackson or Meta also have the CC0-1.0/public domain licensing. Other licenses can be used for the hypha, but the license must be stated on the hypha itself.
We use Mycorrhiza wiki with our own little changes.
Potential legal issues with taking information from the BKK website
The BKK has a legal disclaimer page that basically say "You can't use this for anything else." That might be problematic for this wiki, because most of it is precisely that.
About what we're doing (specifically for BKK related things):
We intend to make information on the BKK website more accessible and easy to digest. We assume that facts are not copyrightable, and we take facts about fares and rules for the public transportation system in Budapest from the BKK website.
We don't use source code/HTML/JavaScript from the BKK website (we use Mycorrhiza Wiki), and we use the BKK name to refer to the BKK. However, logos of BKK are not used as we haven't found a good place for it.
